We are currently looking for German Coordinator/Supervisor for our early, late shift and normal shift (rotation every week)
• [protected info], from Monday to Friday.
• 14.15 - 22:00, from Monday to Friday and Saturday [protected info]
• [protected info], from Monday to Friday.
• Organization and Supervision of different projects with individual requirements
• Translate effectively and accurately the retouch information from German/English into Vietnamese language
• Customer Management: Ensure a professional customer information and communication
• Time Management: Track the progress of work and ensure on time return of the data
• Quality Management: Check the quality of work to ensure a high working standard
• Assistant of general management
• Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling activities, under the direction of a Project Manager
Due to the impotant role of this position, your resignation should be noticed 2 months prior.
Yêu cầu
• Fluency in German and English languages - advanced level
• Having knowledge in Adobe program "Photoshop" would be an advantage
• Excellent communications and leadership skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to accurately review and complete detail oriented information and projects
• Ability to conceptualize and organize project planning process.
• Preferable candidate good at planning and organizational skills
• Experience in supporting Project Management would be an advantage
