NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/ MAIN DUTIES:
Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo an ninh thông tin, quản trị hạ tầng mạng và các hệ thống CNTT, hỗ trợ người dùng, và các công việc khác được giao bởi Trưởng phòng CNTT / Manage information security, manage networking system and infrastructure, support users, and process jobs as assigned by
IT Manager.
Quản trị an ninh mạng: Triển khai và quản lý các công cụ SIEM; ứng phó với các sự cố bảo mật bằng cấu hình tường lửa, hệ thống chống xâm nhập, và triển khai biện phảo
bảo vệ thiết bị đầu cuối; quản lý danh tính và quản lý quyền truy cập của người dùng; thực hiện đánh giá rà soát lỗ hổng bảo mật và kịp thời khắc phục các phát hiện; đề xuất các cải tiến để cải thiện tình hình an ninh thông tin; đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn và chính sách của Tập đoàn/ Cybersecurity administration: Implement and manage SIEM tools; respond to security incidents using firewall devicess, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection; manage identity and access management; conduct vulnerability assessments and remediate the findings; recommend enhancements to improve security posture; ensure compliance with the Group's standards and policies.
Quản trị các hệ thống IT: Triển khai, cấu hình và bảo trì các hệ thống CNTT hiện hữu, ví dụ: Servers (Windows/Linux), các dịch vụ đám mây, sao lưu dữ liệu và phục hồi sau thảm họa để đảm bảo tính liên tục của hoạt động kinh doanh/ IT systems administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain the current IT systems, e.g., server instances (Windows/Linux), cloud services, data backup and disaster recovery for business continuity.
Quản trị mạng và cơ sở hạ tầng: Cấu hình và tối ưu hóa các quy tắc tường lửa, truy cập mạng riêng ảo, và phân đoạn mạng để bảo mật; giám sát và khắc phục sự cố ảnh hưởng hiệu suất mạng, định tuyến và chính sách bảo mật; đảm bảo tính khả dụng cao và dự phòng cho cơ sở hạ tầng CNTT quan trọng/ Networking & infrastructure administration: Configure and optimize firewall rules, VPNs, and network segmentation for security; monitor and troubleshoot network performance, routing, and security policies; ensure high availability and redundancy for critical IT infrastructure.
Trình độ học vấn: Cử nhân CNTT, Khoa học Máy tính, An ninh Thông tin, hoặc ngành có liên quan/Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a relevant field.
Kinh nghiệm:
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm về bảo mật và quản trị hạ tầng hệ thống CNTT. Thành thạo các kỹ năng sau/Experiences: Minimum 3 years of experience in administrating cybersecurity and IT infrastructure systems. Hands-on experience with:
- Data backup and disaster recovery (Veeam, Veritas NetBackup)
- Fortinet security & networking products administration (FortiGate firewall, Forti switch, etc.)
- SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, LogRhythm, etc.)
- Vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys, Fortify)
- Azure Hybrid Cloud Administration (Azure Stack HCI, Azure Kubernetes Service)
Experience and knowledge in the areas below is a significant advantage:
- DevSecOps and container security
- Knowledge of regulatory industry standards (NIST, CIS)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
Additional Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours and maintain 24/7 phone availability for critical incident support.
