School of Industrial Engineering and Management is seeking qualified candidates to take the following responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate course of The School at least 270 periods/year.
- Conduct research projects and publish at least 1 international scientific paper or 2 domestic ones.
- Design, coordinate, implement and initiate/lead research on lab and field studies according to expertise.
- Be in charge of other services including Academic Advisor, Internship Supervision, Thesis Review, Thesis Committee, Thesis Supervision, etc.
- Build productive relations between IU and the enterprises to develop the collaborative research, international and industrial collaborations
- Participate in practical research projects of The School
- Perform the assigned service jobs of the school and/or university
Yêu cầu
Qualification: Doctor in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Skills:
English:
- Have an IELTS of at least 7.0 or equivalent.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Have experience teaching specialized subjects in English
Computer:
- Be excellent in using Microsoft Office, Statistical Software....
- Have programming experience either in C++, Python or R.
- Have experience in one of the following: Cplex, Lingo, Simulation Softwares
Others:
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be reliable, patient and professional.
- Be result and performance oriented.
- Ability to work independently and confidently with team work spirit
Experience:
- Candidates should have deep-understanding of programming languages.
- Candidates should have had proven academic or industrial research experience (please provide a list of projects that you had taken and indicate your roles).
- Candidates should have been successfully mentor graduate students.
- Candidates have track record in external funding is a plus.
- Candidates have postdoctoral experience is a plus
