Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce and marketing team. This role will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content for social media, e-commerce platforms, product packaging, and
brand marketing materials.
The ideal candidate has strong design skills, understands branding, and can create visuals that drive engagement and sales across digital channels such as TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook, and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Product Design
Create product images and graphics for online selling platforms.
Design promotional banners, product visuals, and campaign materials for e-commerce sales.
Create product infographics and feature highlight images to support sales performance.
Social Media & Advertising Creatives
Design content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Create digital advertising assets (static ads, promotional banners, thumbnails).
Support short-form video creative needs (text overlays, storyboards, simple motion graphics).
Branding & Marketing Materials
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and communication materials.
Create brand assets such as templates, icons, and campaign design systems.
Design marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, and presentations.
Packaging & Print Design
Assist in designing product packaging, labels, inserts, and instruction manuals.
Prepare print-ready files and ensure correct formatting for production.
Collaboration & Workflow
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand campaign objectives.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Revise and improve designs based on feedback and performance insights.
