We're seeking a passionate and visionary Creative Designer to join our dynamic team at Chợ Tốt. As a critical contributor to our creative efforts, you will drive innovative thinking, art direction, and design execution. Your role will involve crafting impactful visuals for Chợ Tốt and its vertical brands (Nhà Tốt, Việc Làm Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe) while bringing our brand vision to life through compelling branding and design.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute impactful visual concepts that adhere to Chợ Tốt's brand guidelines and its verticals (Nhà Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe, Việc Làm Tốt), driving engagement across media channels/ advertising platforms and resonating with target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, the Design Lead, and Copywriters to understand campaign objectives, craft visuals that enhance ad performance, brainstorm creative concepts, and deliver art direction aligned with brand goals.
Oversee the creation and finalization of creative works for internal and external communication channels, producing above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) designs that align with conceptual visions and meet project requirements.
Lead design efforts for B2C and B2B branding and commercialization projects, including key visuals (KVs), print ads, social media content, branding campaigns, corporate identities, and event materials such as POSM, backdrops, and promotional assets.
Leverage AI generative tools to streamline workflows and infuse innovation into the creative process, from ideation to execution.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand personality, adhere to guidelines, and achieve project objectives. Regularly evaluate the Design team's work to maintain quality and consistency.
Manage additional design tasks as needed, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Monitor ad performance data to refine visual strategies and optimize future campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years in graphic design, preferably within an advertising or creative agency. Proven track record in IMC/social campaigns, with hands-on experience as a Creative Designer, Junior Art Director, or similar role in either a creative agency or an in-house team.
Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of visual storytelling with the ability to conceptualize and design from scratch. Highly creative with a versatile approach to generating innovative ideas and solutions for diverse creative briefs.
Solid grasp of design principles, including color theory, imagery, and typography.
Detail-oriented and passionate about design, art, and staying updated on digital trends.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication abilities to effectively understand project requirements and articulate creative ideas clearly.
