Job summary:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will create engaging, modern, and on-brand visuals across multi-channel media to elevate our premium healthcare brand. You also play a key role in supporting the daily operations, administration, and event execution of the Marketing department.
Responsibilities:
1. Visual Design & Multimedia Content (70%):
Conceptualize and design a wide range of communication materials for both online and offline channels (brochures, logos, backdrops, social media posts, digital banners, advertisements).
Stay up-to-date with current design trends, social media formats, and healthcare industry insights to create highly engaging visual content that resonates with multicultural patients.
Shoot, build, and edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms.
Utilize AI-driven design tools and technologies (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Firefly, etc.) to optimize the creative process and brainstorming speed.
Develop layouts, illustrations, and multimedia assets from beginning to end based on branding guidelines.
Collaborate with the in-house team to produce final high-quality artworks, and amend designs based on constructive feedback.
Work regularly with external printing vendors to ensure all production materials meet the highest quality standards and deadlines.
2. Marketing Operations & Admin Support (30%):
Support
Marketing Executives in organizing and executing various online/offline marketing campaigns and events.
Assist in preparing, coordinating, and following up on logistics, documents, and administrative tasks for events or projects.
Facilitate administrative workflows within the Marketing department to ensure smooth daily operations.
Carry out other related tasks as required by the Management.
Yêu cầu
Experience: 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic
Designer (Experience in premium retail, hospitality, or the healthcare/wellness sector is a major plus).
Language: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) - Mandatory
Technical Skills:
* Proficient in standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects is an advantage).
o Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with modern AI tools for design and content generation.
o Strong understanding of digital media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
o Basic video editing skills is a strong plus
Soft Skills:
o High aesthetic sense, creativity, and a sharp eye for capturing market trends.
o Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
o Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate smoothly with internal and external partners.
o Accuracy, high attention to detail, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
