About the job:
The Senior Brand & Creative
Designer is responsible for developing and executing visual communications across Lotus and Zeekr in Vietnam.
This role plays a key part in maintaining brand consistency, elevating customer experience, and supporting marketing, retail, and sales activities through high-quality creative execution. The ideal candidate combines strong design capabilities with a solid understanding of premium brand standards and customer expectations.
Location: Saigon based
Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Design
- Develop creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, website, CRM, and marketing communications
- Manage and organize visual asset libraries for both brands.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and materials
- Support campaign development through strong visual storytelling and creative execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
Sales & Retail Materials
- Design brochures, product catalogues, sales presentations, specification sheets, and customerfacing materials.
- Support showroom and retail marketing activities through effective visual communication.
Event & Experiential Design
- Create visual assets for vehicle launches, showroom openings, customer events, exhibitions, and media activities.
- Develop event branding materials including invitations, backdrops, signage, presentations, and digital content.
Showroom & Brand Experience
- Support implementation of visual merchandising and showroom branding materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production partners, and agencies to ensure quality execution
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reative design, brand design, or marketing design.
- Experience working with premium, luxury, automotive, technology, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
