Position Overview
Chicilon Media is seeking an accomplished Growth Director to lead our commercial organization in Hanoi and accelerate business growth across Northern Vietnam.
The Growth Director will be responsible for developing the regional sales strategy, leading the Sales and Key Account teams, strengthening partnerships with advertisers and media agencies, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
As a key member of the commercial leadership team, this role will play an important part in expanding Chicilon's presence among leading brands and agencies in Northern Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
• Lead the commercial growth strategy for Northern Vietnam.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
• Expand Chicilon's market share and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Identify new business opportunities across priority industries.
Sales Management
• Lead and develop the Hanoi Sales and Key Account teams.
• Establish clear sales objectives and performance metrics.
• Review pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and sales execution regularly.
• Improve productivity through coaching, performance management, and leadership development.
Client & Agency Development
• Build long-term relationships with major advertisers, media agencies, and strategic partners.
• Lead high-value client meetings and commercial negotiations.
• Increase customer retention and account expansion.
• Develop strong partnerships with Northern agency networks.
Business Development• Acquire new enterprise customers.
• Strengthen Chicilon's presence across Banking, FMCG, Retail, Technology, Automotive, Healthcare, Real Estate, Education, and Telecommunications sectors.
• Collaborate with national accounts and cross-regional opportunities.
Leadership
• Build a high-performing commercial culture.
• Coach, mentor, and develop future sales leaders.
• Support nationwide commercial initiatives led by the Chief Growth Officer.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with HCM commercial leadership and cross-functional departments to ensure consistent execution and customer experience across Vietnam.
