1. Customer Acquisition & Growth Campaigns
• Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns to increase credit card acquisition, activation, and usage.
• Plan promotional campaigns, special offers, and customer engagement activities across digital and offline channels.
• Optimize customer journey and conversion funnel to improve acquisition efficiency and campaign ROI.
2. Content & Communication
• Create marketing content including campaign materials, push notifications, emails, SMS, app banners, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
3. Partnership & Merchant Growth
• Collaborate with external partners to launch co-marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth campaign operations and service delivery.
4. Data Analytics & Performance Optimization
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and growth metrics.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention, and engagement rates.
5. Reporting & Business Insights
• Prepare business performance reports, campaign dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Track KPIs related to campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and portfolio growth.
• Support forecasting and growth planning initiatives.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, CRM, and Digital, Legal teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
• Support customer lifecycle management and engagement strategies across multiple touchpoints.
Yêu cầu
1. Education background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking or related fields.
2. Minimum Experience: At least 1 years proven working experience.
3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills:
- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Collaboration, multitasking, ability to lead and work with a team.
- Interpersonal skill.
- Problem solving, analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal).
