your main mission will be ensuring to provide an excellent customer experiences through the resort product, Meliá concepts, and services.
You will create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will also be responsible for promoting the continual improvement of quality results, standardization and customer services, thus contributing to the economic and quality results in Meliá Danang Beach Resort.
Yêu cầu
Proficiency in English, speaking in Korean is plus point;
Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position in Meliá Hotels International or other international Hotels/Resorts
University diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant fields.
Good knowledge of the office package.
Knowledge of Customer experience tools will be highly valued.
Strategic vision, quality and professionalism, proactivity for excellence, strong communication and influence, analytical thinking, service orientation and teamwork.
