I. Job Purpose:

Assist the Food Service Category Manager to manage the Food Service team
To develop FS area to achieve the company sales and profit target
To understand the company's directions and strategies, and translate into action plans

II. Job Accountabilities;

Food service development

To work with new product development manager to develop innovative items to make the Circle K food service menu attractive and interesting
To search for interesting and trendy FS items in the market to remain competitive.
Periodically analyze the market, industry, competitors and customer trends to come up with new food service initiatives following Circle K's strategy in terms of food service offers, pricing & promotion.

Store and operation

To constantly improve the display and customer service of the food service area
To communicate frequently with operation to understand the customer's feedback and to make improvement
Ensure the daily smooth operation of food service through the close cooperation with food service team in Operations Department in all angles from food service presentation, ordering, delivery, inventory, bad merchandise management, customer service....
To communicate with the operation to ensure high standard of execution FS item preparation.

Merchandising/ supplier

Strategically work with the food service suppliers for product development and promotion supports regularly.
To negotiate with the current and new suppliers to get the best trading terms, service and price support
To establish good partnership with suppliers and become their preferred customers
Conduct sales analysis in all the Food Service sub-categories to identify trends, problem and recommend actions
To analyze the sales and to make suggestions on upselling

Marketing

To coordinate with marketing on the POSM to communicate with the customers
Coordinate with marketing team to develop the attractive display of food offers & POSM to promote food service items and analyze results.

III. Job Requirements:

Minimum 2-year experience in supervisor position of category management or area relating to food service, catering. Retail knowledge is an advantage.
Food lover and sales oriented.
Detailed, demanding for perfection, positive & quick in action.
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and excellent in Excel.
High level of integrity, details, decisive, responsibility and commitment. Able to work independently and in a team.
