JOB DESCRIPTION
This role involves coordinating our small events team, and overseeing events marketing, social media activity, email marketing and newsletter, and website:
Strategic Collaboration: Work with senior management to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Content & Email Marketing: Plan content calendars, execute email campaigns, and optimize based on performance metrics.
Brand Consistency: Maintain cohesive brand visuals and messaging across all channels.
Event Coordination: Manage event communications from promotion to feedback collection.
Performance Analysis: Track and improve campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
Team & Vendor Management: Coordinate with team and manage vendor relationships for timely, quality deliverable
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant degree
Strong written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with
digital marketing and CRM tools; HubSpot and WordPress experience preferred.
Analytical mindset, well-organized, and those with attention to detail.
A strong eye for design
Recent graduates, or individuals with experience in marketing, design, or other relevant studies.
Individuals who are self-motivated and eager to learn.
