JOB DESCRIPTION

Process customer orders and prepare invoices and related sales documentation
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Attend online customer meetings according to customer-requested schedules
Accommodate flexible meeting hours to support customers across different time zones (e.g. early mornings or evenings VNT)
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer correspondence
REQUIREMENTS
Able to communicate professionally in written and spoken English
Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills
Must be available to work flexible hours to support international customers
Work independently and proactively follow up on tasks
Fresh graduates are welcome

Receive and respond to customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and identify suitable products
Source and liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and lead times
Coordinate with internal teams to verify product specifications before submitting quotations
Prepare and present quotations to customers, follow up and close orders
Track orders from confirmation to delivery and handle invoicing
REQUIREMENTS
Able to communicate professionally in written and spoken English
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Able to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively
Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills

Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of experience
Background in Business, IT, or related fields
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly
Able to work both independently and in a team
