JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
* Answer and manage incoming calls
in a professional manner in English
* Identify and assess customers'
needs to achieve satisfaction
* Provide accurate, valid and
complete information
* Collaborate with relevant team
to resolve customer request
* Record, organize and file
customer interactions
* Maintain a positive and
empathetic attitude toward customers
* Monitor customer and facility by
surveillance camera
* Administrative tasks including
sales data management
* Other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements
* Must have excellent verbal
(Listening & Speaking) communication skills in English (Able to communicate
with native English speakers)
* Excellent customer care and
focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path,
troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Able to think fast, find
answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic,
and professional voice and manner
* Ability to multi-task,
prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and
accuracy
* Strong Microsoft excel skill
* Prior experience in a
customer-facing role preferred, but not required
* Accounting knowledge or
experience is an advantage

Working time:
Monday, Thursday, Friday,
Saturday, Sunday: 6a.m-3p.m
Tuesday: 6a.m-11a.m
You will be off on Tuesday
afternoon and Wednesday.
