JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Research Execution (35%)
Collaborate with clients to define research goals and translate them into clear plans.
Organize and facilitate kick-offs, collaborating with the data team to define deliverables, data needs, and timelines for smooth execution.
Prepare and present reports for clients, ensuring that data is presented in an easy-to-understand format with a focus on key takeaways and next steps.
Monitor timelines and ensure smooth execution of research tasks.
2. Stakeholders Management (35%)
Respond to client inquiries with clear, accurate guidance while building positive relationships and seeking support for more complex interactions.
Ensure in keeping project teams aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Organize and participate in meetings to track progress and help identify and resolve issues during execution.
3. Research Refinement (20%)
Process Optimization: Review current research processes and identify areas for improvement. Suggest adjustments to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of research execution.
Innovation: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry insights.
4. Team Engagement (10%)
Support clear communication by sharing updates, asking questions, and offering help when needed.
Contribute to a respectful and friendly work environment by being approachable and maintaining a cooperative attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Social Media, or a related field.

Experience:
Fresher or ideally, at leaset 6 months - 1 year experiences in marketing field or related position
Personality:
Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and seeks solutions before problems arise.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, able to adjust to new platforms, tools, and trends.
Strong Communicator: Ability to present data clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, and engage with clients or stakeholders confidently.
Creative Problem-Solver: Approaches challenges with creative thinking and is always looking for innovative ways to optimize strategies and processes.
Others:
Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English especially writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and Google Spreadsheet & Slides.
