JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer
Support & Consultancy: Provide exceptional customer support and
expert consultancy for our full range of products and services.
Call
Handling: Manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently to
address customer inquiries and needs.
Quality
Assurance: Ensure top-tier service quality and maintain high levels of
customer satisfaction.
Team
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to promptly resolve
technical and account-related issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
College graduate or higher.
Language:
Basic English communication skills are a plus.
Shift
Availability: * Willing to work night shifts (aligned with the
U.S. time zone).
Able to work overtime (OT) during
peak seasons.

Salary:
12,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on experience).
