Key responsibilities
Internal Communication (70%) & HR Operations (30%)
Support in proposing ideas, planning, and implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
Assist in organizing, coordinating, and executing internal events and activities (e.g. company events, team bonding, internal campaigns).
Support content creation and management for internal communication channels including email newsletters, internal website, and other internal media platforms.
Actively engage with employees to collect feedback, insights, and ideas; contribute creative solutions to strengthen internal connection and engagement.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in Employee Engagement and Internal Communication to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Engagement team as assigned.
Support content development for company website and social media channels related to culture, activities, and employer branding.
Assist with basic marketing tasks such as simple campaign execution, content coordination, and post scheduling when required.
Support HR Operations tasks as assigned, including Recruitment, Event coordination, and Internal Activities.
Requirements And Qualifications
3rd or 4th year student in Human Resources, or related fields. Creative content writing and strong communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or video editing tools is a plus.
Proactive, creative, and passionate about organizing events and community activities.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
Working time and location
Time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5.00 PM
Location: R2, L4, 105 Ton Dat Tien, Crescent Plaza, Tan My Ward, HCMC
