JOB DESCRIPTION
Printing:
1. Follow up with HQ to update development information (PSC chart/ BOM/ Artwork/ Film/ Fabric & reference sample) - Nike NBA.
2. Update & send BOM/ Artwork/ Film/ reference sample and fabric to Printer.
3. Work with the printer S/O submission schedule (Lead time: SS- 1-3 days; Bulk - 5-7days).
4. Review quality & arrange S/O to lab testing - Lead time: 1day.
5. Follow up on testing results and send them to HQ for approval - Lead time: 3 days.
6. Follow with HQ to get approval comment Lead time: 2 weeks after S/O sending out.
7. Update & send approval sample / "P" BOM to printer and conduct PP meeting before start production.
8. Strike off checking for QRS and first production sample.
Embroidery:
1. Work directly with HQ and Subcontractors to develop samples before Bulk production.
2. Arrange materials (fabric, thread, Job sheet, film ...) while developing.
3. Get approved strike off from HQ.
4. Update information to make sure production will not have any issue while proceeding.
5. All other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Can communicate in English.
- Positive attitude
- Computer skills (MS office)
- Having experience/ background in garment is a plus.
