* Handle Documentation and Requirements:
- Work directly with agents, customers, shipping lines, and partners to follow up on import and export shipments.
- Receive SOP from the OP manager, booking confirmation from CS, and send shipment's timeline to clients.
- Input data into the system, issue A/N, invoices, D/O, declare manifests, and make payments to shipping lines and partners.
- Complete SI, manifest submission, and issue BL to customers.
- Send pre-alert to agents.
* Handle Operational and
* Billing Issues:
- Resolve all problems related to operational jobs.
- Complete the import-export billing process and prepare payment plans.
- Follow the timeline requested by Accountant.
* Monitor Shipments:
- Ensure agents follow SOP.
- Follow up on shipments until delivery is made and empty is returned.
* Reporting and Other
* Tasks:
- Report volume to the Manager weekly.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- College degree or above, preferably in logistics or international trade.
- Proficient in English, additional languages like Chinese or Japanese are encouraged.
- At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, and import/export.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented spirit.
