JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
The Accounting Intern will support the Accounting department in data entry, document organization, and basic reporting tasks for Vietnam office and Singapore office as well , including:
Invoice Data Entry
Record purchase invoices related to Cost of sale and office expenses for the Representative Office in Vietnam and Singapore.
Check and ensure the validity and compliance of invoices and supporting documents before posting.
Recording Payment Transactions
Input basic cash and bank transactions.
Assist in tracking and reconciling balances and transactions when required.
Preparation of Basic Accounting Reports
Support the preparation for account reconciliations, cash/bank reports, etc.
Compile and extract data for reporting as instructed.
Document Filing & Management
Organize and file accounting documents in designated folders (soft copy)
Ensure documents are complete, properly labeled, and easily traceable.
Other Administrative & Accounting Tasks
Draft and document the work processes and procedures.
Assist with additional tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
3rd-year, final-year student, or recent graduate majoring in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; experience in accounting software is a plus.
Meticulous with numbers.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Positive work attitude and good organizational skills.
Basic English skills (ability to read/understand simple invoices and documents).

Qualifications

Have knowledge about Linux is a plus
Have knowledge about electronic is a plus
Have knowledge about schematic, PCB is a plus
