As an HR &
Admin Intern, you will support the People & Operations team in various HR, recruitment, administrative, and internal engagement activities. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring progress.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content.
2. HR & Administrative Operations
Support onboarding procedures for new hires (documentation, orientation logistics, system setup coordination).
Prepare and manage HR-related documents, contracts, and internal paperwork.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing (both online and offline).
Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative data.
Support internal communication and policy updates when required.
3. Office Administration
Assist in daily office operations (meeting room arrangements, seating plans, office supplies, parking registration, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders when necessary.
Support documentation tracking, reconciliation, and internal reporting.
4. Internal Events & Engagement Activities
Support planning and organizing internal events, workshops, company activities, and team-building programs.
Assist in logistics preparation, communication, and post-event follow-up.
Contribute ideas to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
5. Other Tasks
Provide additional support to the HR & Admin team as assigned.
Requirements
Education & Availability
Final-year students majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.
Available to work at least 4 days per week (minimum 32 hours/week).
Strong interest in HR, Recruitment, or Project Management.
Basic understanding of Labor Law is a plus.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (knowledge of database systems is an advantage).
Good command of English (both written and verbal).
