We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team.
1. Marketing Executive Intern
Key Responsibilities:
40% - Implementing Promotions & Campaigns:
1) Work with Sales teams to clarify, outline and implement marketing plans that help the company deliver on its business goals, including online and offline activities.
2) Develop and maintain a budget for all initiatives. Report on the same to the upper management.
3) Work with key stakeholders within the marketing team and other teams to ensure timely project execution and problem solve any issues that may arise.
4) Hold weekly problem solving meetings with sales teams to identify problems and opportunities for improvement in the promotions and campaigns rolled out. 5) Work with Comm. Team and give input and take the lead in the offline execution of brand campaigns across all locations covered.
40% - Developing and Implementing New Services, Products or Seasonal Programs
1) Work with Sales teams, track local and global competitors and think the market through to identify new opportunities and services to roll out.
2) Implement the launch plan while looking for feedback on what needs to be fine-tuned, pivoted or killed.
3) Work with sales teams to set targets, carve out mind-space to sell these services and trouble shoot the adoption of the same as you go.
4) Drive specific adoption KPIs in order to create critical adoption and profitability for these initiatives.
10% - Other tasks as per request of manager and company
10% - Contribute to the team's success culture. Examples of such are:
1) Contribute to team culture by sharing ideas on how to improve any initiative currently being pursued or lending a helping hand / expertise wherever it may be necessary.
2) Seek constant self-improvement on relevant topics that can help deepen domain knowledge.
3) Work with integrity and deliver the maximum quality work to help move the company forward.
Education | Experience
Minimum of 3 months' experience in a project management role. Field trade, sales & marketing or similar is a plus, but not a requirement.
Strong commercial sense, with proven ability to achieve outcomes that marry ideas with results.
Hands on experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders and dealing conflict.
Good analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and an ability to setup systems and processes
Passion for numbers and looking, interpreting and taking action on reports.
Results driven character. Process focused with a tireless focus on output quality.
English proficiency.
2. Marketing Communication Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Social media plan & report:
1) Develop social media monthly & yearly plan based on marketing & business goals
2) Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry related topics. Contribute to define social media KPIs/ targets/ goals per campaign
3) Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Performance, Operation) to develop and integrate marketing plan & partnership programs into social media strategy
4) Take direction from Assistant Marketing Manager to ensure social content is compelling and in-sync with overall bran and campaign initiatives
Social media deployment & execution:
1) Create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, news) on company's social platforms and communities (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Chat apps, Tiktok, etc wherever relevant).
2) Able to film simple videos for certain formats like stories
3) Work closely with Creative & Production team (designers, producer, editors) and freelancers to produce design, videos, copies and ensure content is informative, on-point, on-brand and appealing
4) Brief relevant teams and agencies to smoothly operate and execute social media plan
5) Adhere to brand guidelines & community standards
Research & optimization:
1) Stay up-to-date with current technologies, best practices, tools, applications, channels, design, trends and strategy in social media
2) Analyze, review and measure effectiveness of on-going campaigns in an effort to maximize results
3) Make recommendations to optimize on-going campaigns based on set metrics and data
4) Generate performance reports to have key learning for upcoming projects.
Education | Experience
University Degree strongly preferred, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, advertising, communications, business, entrepreneurship or similar
Skills: Social content, social media, presentation skill, proposal making
High flexibility and problem solving: manage the ad-hocs in a proper way which meets the standard of brand guideline and timeline
Detailed-oriented, proactive and willing-to-learn
English and Vietnamese fluency
Duration: 3 months
