GENERAL INFORMATION
Working location: 7 Le Thi Rieng, Ben Thanh, D1, HCMC.
Working time: 9h00 - 18h00 (Monday - Saturday).
DESCRIPTION
- Identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and conducting recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent, ensuring they align with the spa's luxury service standards.
- Facilitating comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, introducing them to the spa's culture, values, and service standards. Additionally, organizing training programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and customer service expertise.
- Developing and implementing performance evaluation systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees. Recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance to motivate staff.
- Managing employee relations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a harmonious work environment. Handling employee grievances, concerns, and disciplinary issues professionally and fairly.
- Overseeing compensation structures, salary reviews, and administering employee benefits packages to ensure competitiveness within the luxury spa industry.
- Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulations and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and promoting a healthy work-life balance. Organizing team-building activities and events.
- Identifying high-potential employees and developing career advancement paths within the spa. Providing opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.
- Developing strategies to retain top talent, including creating a conducive work environment, fostering a positive culture, and offering opportunities for professional development.
- Compiling HR data, analyzing trends, and generating reports to assess HR metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, etc. Experience in the Beauty industry is a plus.
- Good reading comprehension and basic communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
