Facilitate campaigns, ensure all campaigns are presented to the highest standards, and with the customer's priorities.
Ensure relevant departments, categories, and business functions are represented and appropriate product selections have been made.
Identify key selling points, seasonal trends, and buyer demand to schedule campaigns and design schemes aligned with the target.
Be a co-owner for the campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams (
Business Development, Communications, Campaign Ops...) to ensure seamless implementation and enhance customer and seller experience.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (CTR, CR...), and make real-time adjustments to improve effectiveness.
Tracking and analyzing campaign performance - daily, weekly, monthly, spike events for continuous improvement and implementation
Compile, analyse, and present performance metrics and identify potential opportunities for growth
Yêu cầu công việc:
Proven experience as a Marketing Planner or similar role.
Knowledge of business key performance metrics
Solid computer skills, especially PowerPoint/Google Slides, Spreadsheet/Excel
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
Open-minded, dedicated, and enthusiastic approach to work.
Strong communication skills with both internal and external teams
