Kyanon Digital is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Inside Sales Representative Intern to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to build a foundation in sales and lead generation while contributing to the growth of Kyanon Digital's IT Staffing Services.
How You Can Contribute
1. Roles & Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:
Identifying potential clients and industries that align with Kyanon Digital's IT staffing services.
Conducting in-depth research to gather key contact information and insights about prospective clients.
Engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to introduce Kyanon Digital's services.
Qualifying leads using predefined criteria and handover them to the Account Manager/
Business Development Manager for further engagement.
Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
2. Deliverables
Lead Research: A curated list of potential clients with essential details (e.g., company name, contact person, role, industry, and contact information).
Outreach Activities: Documentation of emails sent, LinkedIn messages, and call logs.
Qualified Leads: A pipeline of vetted leads aligned with company criteria.
Weekly Reports: Summaries of activities, outcomes, and challenges faced during the week.
What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
Experience using LinkedIn and lead-generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, [protected info], Crunchbase) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to craft personalized, professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
Highly organized with time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and open to learning new tools and techniques.
Positive attitude with persistence in overcoming objections and handling rejection.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and follow-ups.
Prior experience is not required, but internships or coursework in sales, marketing, or customer engagement are advantageous.
