JOB DESCRIPTION
At VNG Enterprise App (IT) we are striving for creating a seamless employee experience through technology and bringing it to the outside world where other organizations and businesses also need in the form of Software as A Service. We are looking for missionaries who believe in making better employee experience is making business growth.
What you will do:
Work as a bridge between stakeholders: users, partners, development team, and leaders to foster development progress from user needs to product features and on-time delivery.
Participate in product requirement gathering, prioritize and road mapping, prototyping, developing, testing, delivery, and feedback gathering process.
Share business values to the product team so that they understand the intent behind the new feature,
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1-year of working experience in project management, software development, technology field.
Good at listening, eliciting, analyzing, and problem-solving skill.
Be knowledgeable in agile, scrum working model, roles in the software development cycle.
Willing to learn, adapt and try new things to improve the working results.
