JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Being part of the workforce planning of the VSHR Pro Academy and ensuring recruitment is done for those open positions.
● Post on all social media platforms and collect candidates for the open positions.
● Coordinate with the hiring manager to build up the shortlist for the candidates.
● Coordinate the interview rounds with the candidate and the hiring manager.
● Offer letter management and onboard the selected candidate.
● Produce weekly videos to show the company's cultural trends and build employer branding.
● Closely work with the team members to manage their expectations, difficulties and ensure they sustain high morale.
● Produce and regularly publish newsletter services for the talent pool.
● Innovate ideas and gather materials for content creation purposes.
REQUIREMENTS
● Passionate about Human Resources.
● Desire to become a future role model for Human Resource Executive.
● Good communication, presentation skills, and creativity.
● Disciplined.
● Have a sense of responsibility for the work.
● Hungry to learn new things.
● Capable of teamwork.
● Can-do attitude, willing to learn.
