JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure Dyeing On-Time Delivery
(OTD)
Ensure dyeing production
meets on-time delivery (OTD) targets.
Analyze workforce
utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs,
process flow charts, and production schedules to optimize efficiency.
Participate in all
production-related meetings including backlog reviews and internal coordination
meetings.
Maintain and update the
OTD tracking report.
Analyze OTD failure
reports and define appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure Dyeing Right First Time (RFT)
Analyze functional
statements, organizational charts, and project information to define roles and
responsibilities of workers and work units.
Maintain and update
dyeing failure reports; perform root cause analysis and propose solutions to
improve RFT performance.
Prevent Operator Errors in Dyeing
Implement Kaizen
activities to continuously improve production efficiency, product quality, 5S,
and visual management by reducing waste.
Enforce discipline and
provide training and development programs for dyeing operators.
Ensure compliance with
labor safety standards and company rules and regulations.
Other tasks
Design, schedule, and
procure production tooling, processing equipment, and workstations as needed.
Ensure timely execution
of preventive and corrective machine maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from university majoring in
engineering or industrial management, majority in Textile Industry·
At least 3 years of experience in
manufacturing factories, textile dyeing company.
Good English skills: Reading,
Writing and good communication
Experience working with ERP systems
Strong communication skills, both
written and verbal, with the ability to connect effectively with colleagues
A good team player
Able to perform well under high
pressure
Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Ensure best practice in Dyehouse,
Color Laboratory & Final color process and continuous improvement of the
KPI's.
Develop and maintain
manufacturing related SOPs and ensure the entire operation fully comply with
SOPs.
Streamline operations by
constantly monitoring work practices, work flows and processes and take
remedial action to streamline operations as necessary.
Continually drive
productivity and efficiency improvement in all facets of Dyeing & Color
Laboratory process as measured by all key performance indicators through
careful review and analysis of these performance indicators in regular time
intervals.
2. Set up the Digital Color
Management best practices in Color Lab, Dye House and Quality Assurance.
Standardize the Color
pass/fail decisions based on digital Color readings along with shade grouping
for the styles.
Establish the SOP for Digital
Color Quality Control system for all the vendor/buyers.
Formulation of color team
where the needed exposure and training is given to ensure the pool of local
team along with business growth.
3. Improve the Right First-Time
in dyehouse in order to reduce the reprocess due to Dyeing.
Ensure the Lab to bulk
recipe accuracy by coordinate with dyehouse team daily basis to understand the
process factors for recipe related matters.
Effective communication with
Dyehouse and Color Laboratory team to analyze the recipe/dye combination
related issues for the improvements.
All the QC failed lots are
assessed to identify the Dyehouse quality control failures to improve the best
practices in recipe management and dyehouse process controls.
4. Customer Color Quality
related failures are identified and establish right color passing procedure in Color
Quality Assurance process.
Daily checking the
Non-Conformance related to QC color failures and introducing the best practices
for Color Passing tolerance with agreed process to be followed with brand and
vendor color agreement protocols.
Customer related quality
complaints are handled liaise with Sales /Customer care teams for the
improvement and execution plan to provide the solutions timely.
Strong relationship with brands/vendors to manage the situations
related to Color quality complaints timely.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from university majoring in engineering or industrial management, majority in Textile Industry·
Minimum
3 years working in manufacturing environment (fabric dyeing/ yarn dyeing)
Proficient
in use of Color Management software
Color
Laboratory tools & Dye machine functions and parameters
ERP
Systems and Microsoft Office Software

production plans and forecast material requirements based on order schedules.
Coordinate
with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw materials are available as

2. Wastage
analyze and shortage reduce:
Identify
the causes of material waste, defective products, or inefficient processes
Evaluate the wastage rate during
production and find optimization solutions.
Ensure the availability of materials or
goods for smooth production and on-time delivery.
Plan supply chain management and inventory
effectively to prevent material or component shortages.
3. Coordination
with Departments:
Work
closely with production, supply chain, warehouse, and quality control teams to
ensure the production plan is smooth.
Communicate
with related dept if there are delays or quality issues.
Make sure monthly sales amount.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in
International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have
at least 01-year experience in production planning work.
Have
