Key tasks
As a
Sales Team Leader/ Supervisor, you will not only drive your own sales but also lead and inspire
your team to conquer the USA & Canada markets:
• Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve group targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in USA, Canada, and China trade
lanes.
• Directly handle large accounts and support team members in closing complex deals.
• Monitor market trends and freight rates to provide strategic pricing advice to the team.
• Monitor team KPIs, provide coaching, and ensure steady business growth.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Logistics, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of the USA/Canada market.
• Must have an established network of customers and the ability to bring in new business immediately
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team to hit collective targets.
• Excellent English proficiency for professional communication with overseas branches and partners.
• Strong leadership presence, result-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
