JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSM & Print Collateral Support (50%):
Design Execution: Assist in designing and rolling out POSM and brand materials (packaging, standees, posters, leaflets, banners, and backdrops) based on established brand guidelines.
Print Preparation: Help prepare and format files for printing. Learn to collaborate with printing vendors under the guidance of
senior designers.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing and design teams to adapt and resize printed materials for various activations, events, and promotions.
Industry Learning: Actively learn about printing processes, materials (paper, plastic, fabric, mica, decal, etc.), and POSM production techniques.
Social Media Design (40%):
Digital Assets: Create visual assets for social media, digital ads, banners, and email templates using existing templates or guidance from senior team members.
Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging visual content for daily marketing activities and larger campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital outputs adhere strictly to the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
Motion Graphics & Video Support (10%):
Basic Animation: Assist in basic motion graphics and simple animations for digital content.
Video Editing: Support simple video editing tasks such as trimming, adding basic effects, and resizing footage for different social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Reels).
Team Support: Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely delivery of video-related assets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 year of experience in graphic design. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or relevant internship experience (especially in the FnB industry) are highly encouraged to apply.
Skills and Knowledge:
Software Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
Print & Production: Basic understanding of prepress file preparation. A strong willingness to learn about printing techniques and materials.
Design Fundamentals: A solid portfolio showcasing an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
Industry Interest: A general interest in the FnB sector and current social media design trends.
Bonus Skills: Basic ability to sketch ideas or use video editing/motion software (Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut) is a plus.
Personality & Traits:
Eager to Learn: Receptive to constructive feedback and eager to grow alongside senior team members.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Organized: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
