MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Welcome and greet our beloved guests courteously and wholeheartedly.
Observe and anticipate the guests' needs and requirements actively. Offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other colleagues.
Deliver and unload guests' luggages on time.
Be responsible for cleanliness and tidiness of the driveway, ashtrays in the lobby and the storage room.
Liaise with and support the Navigator Section and the Front Desk section to introducing attractions in downtown Ho Chi Minh City.
Prompt delivery of messages, packages and mail to the guests.
