Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for all legal matters arisen from company business activities
- Develop the legal document filing system; annual legal initiatives planning; procedures and requirements for legal risk management related to F&B industry
- Deal with internal and external parties (internal departments, regulators, external counsel, investors, local and relevant governments, clients) to ensure business meets legal standards and manage risks;
- Review and ensure that all procedures and practices across the company are fully compliant with prevailing statutory and regulatory provisions;
- Ensure licensing and post licensing procedures for all restaurants and other line of company business
- Review documents, transaction file, business contract's terms and condition;
- Deal with investors/partners about legal terms to maximize company's benefit
- Consult BOD to manage potential risks
- Be the representative for the Company in any dispute or litigation processes (if required)
- Perform other related tasks as required by the BOD

Yêu cầu

University degree with major of Law.
At least 3 years relevant working experience. The same positions in the field of F&B chain is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of government regulations
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Organized and able to cope with regularly changing priorities while still delivering a high standard of service
Maintains professional working knowledge and keeps abreast of legislative and regulatory developments and requirements necessary to perform the role
Flexible and 'hands-on' approach
Line management skills
