Key Responsibilities
Post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and support candidate communication.
Update candidate database and assist in interview logistics and onboarding.
Help create employer branding content (photos, videos, posts) for social media.
Support employer branding events (career fairs, campus talks).
Prepare recruitment and branding reports.
Assist with other HR projects as needed.
Requirements
University student or recent graduate majoring in
Digital Marketing, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
Good command of English communication (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Creative mindset and willingness to participate in branding activities.
