About The Role
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team based looking after Small & Medium size businesses (SMB). You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the advertising performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify ways to do this at scale.
Build and grow successful win-win partnerships with existing media/digital agencies and TikTok Shop partners to support their long term growth
Develop scalable and strategic approaches to:
Helping agencies improve performance of their advertising campaigns
Enabling agencies to onboard and activate more clients to use TikTok advertising platform
Work across multiple teams, including Sales, Product and Marketing, to gather advertiser feedback and propose solutions to unlock more business opportunities for agencies and their advertisers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High oral and written fluency in English and Vietnamese
A genuine passion for small and medium size businesses (SMB)
Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management is a plus
Experience with Agency or Agency partnerships
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
Prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SMB sector
