【Job Responsibilities】
1, Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact to understand their needs and requirements
2, Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients, aiming to increase revenue and client lifetime value.
3, Collaborate with internal teams(e.g., sales, customer service, product, operations) to ensure timely delivrey of solutions and resolve client issues effectively.
4, Monitor client satisfaction, conduct regular check-ins, and address feedback or concerns promptly.
5, Track and report on client-related metrics (e.g., sales performance, retention rates) to management, and adjust strategies based on data.
6, Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of products/services.
【Job Requirements】
1, Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field;
2, Strong understanding of sales principles, client lifecycle management, and
business development strategies.
3, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, present ideas clearly, and resolve conflicts effectively.
4, Analytical mindset to assess client needs, interpret sales metrics, and develop data-driven strategies for growth.
5, Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6, Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering solutions.
7, Chinese and English language skills are a plus.
