1. Job Description
Support Business Development & Marketing team to generate promotion programs:
Voucher: platform voucher, seller voucher, free shipping voucher, and other types of vouchers.
Pricetag: product promotions, flash sale, bundle deals, add-on deals, and other types of pricetags.
Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process.
Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing.
Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements.
Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly.
Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/pricetag issues and improve the process.
Provide the necessary information for the Customer Service team to resolve user-reported issues and ensure a good user experience.
Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange.
Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
2. Requirements
Willingness to work in shifts.
Nimble, careful, and enjoy working on details.
Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
Data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
Command of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Have a service mindset.
