About The Role
We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Vietnam Business Operations team, with a mission to drive process and operational improvements, and deliver 2-3x efficiency gains through our tech-enabled recruitment solutions by building systems, streamlining processes, analyzing data, and solving critical business problems.
You will be directly involved in shaping Vietnam sales team operations and alignment with the regional ops team. You will work closely with local business functions, under guidelines and support from our Business
Operations Manager to make an impact on the creation of a world-class operational excellence function at Glints.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be the key connection between data and people, help shape a data-driven mindset on the ground, by providing meaningful and accurate data points to salespeople when needed, and making sure that business decisions are made with good data backups
You will work closely with both local and regional team members on the product sides, help the regional product team know what local teams need, and help deliver new/enhanced product features to on-the-ground people
You will have chances to work on several business processes from end to end, with a clear understanding of what and why this is happening, who is responsible, which success metrics to track, and how to improve the operational efficiencies by 2-3x via streamlining or automating some processes
You will partner with key business stakeholders, supporting them to make quick and accurate business decisions by understanding the metrics, identifying issues, looking for root causes, and implementing workarounds to solve business problems

Who We Are Looking For
2-3 years of experience as Data Analyst, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Analyst,
Business Analyst, or any other relevant roles
Proficient in technology tools and collaboration tools (e.g Google Drive, Google Sheets, MS Office, etc.)
Strong data processing, analysis, and visualization skills (adept in excel, SQL, tableau, or any other data visualization tools, etc.)
Experience working with internal stakeholders toward analyzing and optimizing sales processes and workflow
Advanced English skills in business communication
Critical and systematic thinking
Good note-taking and research skills
Strong ownership, proactiveness
A good sense of problem-solving with a can-do attitude
Project management experience is a plus
