WHAT YOU WILL DO

Internal audits based on HACCP standards for production area (central kitchen/ cheese/
OEM) period.
Inspect, monitor, and report the compliance of all departments and quality/ food safety
system.
Read and understand Việt Nam food safety legal and another market, declare for new
products...
Lead external audit teams from certificate organization (HACCP), plan and conduct audit
suppliers, OEM factory.
Handle customer's complaints, especially on quality and food safety scope.
Handle internal non-conformity on quality and food safety.

WHO YOU ARE ?

Have experience in quality management system, HACCP or FSSC 22000
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 05 years of experience in quality assurance for food manufacturers.
Good communication skills and ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
Proficiency in computer usage, especially in Word, Excel, and office computer systems.
Self-disciplined, meticulous, and able to handle pressure.
