HCM - Senior Event Planner

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Participate in key client meetings (briefings & presentations) to effectively present and sell creative ideas.
Collaborate with Account and Creative teams to develop event concepts, visuals, and activity plans.
Prepare design briefs and ensure deliverables meet both quality standards and timelines.
Develop detailed proposals aligned with approved concepts and strategies.
Lead or support proposal presentations to clients.
Collect and analyze client feedback, provide strategic recommendations, and refine proposals accordingly.
Proactively stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in the event industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
Creative thinker with strong strategic and logical mindset.
Proven experience in event planning with successful case studies and project management capabilities.
Strong teamwork skills, high sense of ownership, and professional work ethic.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.
Responsible, passionate, highly committed, and self-motivated.
Solid understanding of the local market and event industry.
3-4 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
