JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent Acquisition (80%)
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Employer Branding (15%)
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Support tasks related to employer branding strategy
Others (5%)
Others tasks as assigned within responsibilities of HR Departments
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) at any field with passion to build career path in Talent Acquisition/ HR
Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks and using tools to proactively source candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Prefer recruitment experience in marketing service field or having background from headhunt agency
