JOB DESCRIPTION
The Design Intern's role at Van Lang Group (VLG) includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, and photos. Design Intern is the one who shapes the visual aspects of digital platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, etc), books, magazines, sales kit, exhibitions, event printing material, POSM and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Design assets using for Marketing & Communication activities. (both online & offline)
- Work with Executive, Assistant Brand Manager & Manager to produce final design
- Designing and censoring publications/products for school-wide operation.
- Assist internal team in taking daily photos & filming students, lecturers, staffs' activities & VLU events
- Organise, manage and archive department's documents, information & data.
- General missions of management and administrations.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Undergraduate or graduate from University with Graphic Design, Fine Art or related field background is an advantage.
Experience:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations, graphics and videos
Specific knowledge / skills:
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Good communication skills.
- Have a good sense of beauty.
- Good English at 04 skills.
- Ability to work methodically and commit to deadlines.
- Energetic, open-minded and extremely proactive.
- Practical creativity and result-oriented.

- Support Digital Media Specialists in managing paid media activities, searching campaigns and keyword analysis.
- Continuous monitoring, analysis and optimization of SEO efficiency.
