SUMMARY:
Do you read and write English? We are looking for customer service agents to respond to email customer service for eCommerce products and provide feedback on our new customer experience software.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to written requests for assistance from e-commerce customers;
- Assist customers with placing orders;
- Assist with returned products;
- De-escalate emails while delivering difficult messages to customers in a way that creates a positive customer experience;
- Be involved with all aspects of customer service, including solving problems, answering questions and working with customers to ensure fantastic service;
- Work on a new customer experience platform and provide feedback to improve the software;
- Work to train to be software quality control engineers.
REQUIREMENTS
YOUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Working hour: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- You love people and solving problems;
- You can read and write English;
- You have experience in managing customer experience;
- You have basic computer skills and want to work to train to be software quality control;
- Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers.

REQUIREMENTS
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for entering, tracking, investigating, and correcting inventory using NetSuite ERP
Executing data entries into ERP system and ensuring that data is flowing correctly
Verifying and coordinating customer/vendor information input
Identifying and reviewing discrepancies in data received, requesting clarification, advising of issues and performing data verification routines
Tracking documents received and completion dates
Create and maintain reports to provide accurate and timely information to management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and consistent data entry across all areas of the company
Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategy discussions

This position will be trained to become an Executive Assistant and will involve working all hours, business travel, and setting up meetings. Responsibilities:
