Mô tả công việc
- Prepare import/export documents to make customs declaration.
- Prepare documents to pay import duty & import VAT.
- Collect and compare quotations on the base of market and former price.
- Communicate with clients about delivery schedule.
- Develop suppliers; Request suppliers to make quotation; Communicate about delivery schedule and resolve other potential matters.
- Issue and keep track of the purchase order.
- Make monthly settlement with suppliers.
- Vendor audit and management.
- Other assigned tasks by team leaders.
Yêu cầu
- Logistics, local import, export-import deep knowledge.
- Good communication and teamwork; flexible, responsive, and negotiation skills.
- Communicate English fluently (Korean speaker is a plus).
- Graduated from college or above.
- Report and presentation, microsoft excel skills.
- Experience required in the same position: Min 1 year.
- Have a passion in the business.
