We are expanding opportunities for potential Head of Development Marketing candidates in a fast-track hotel resort, casino and golf course development project in Vietnam.
* SCOPE OF WORKS
This position shall assist the Chief Development Officer (CDO) in managing the company's real estate investment and development activities. This will include research & market analysis, providing input on project concepts, preparation of project feasibility and investor documents and supporting the investment sales & marketing team to source new investment revenue. The position will also be required to assist with design and development of various projects from inception to completion, government liaison, development/ review of legal Term Sheets and other investment agreements and managing the financial status and cash flow of the real estate business unit.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Assist CDO in setting the strategic objectives, budgets, policies and procedures for the company in line with the company Vision.
• Assist with preparation of proper and timely reporting to the BoD & EXCOM, inclusive of company strategy, progress on major activities and major variance or risks to the company objectives.
• Provide input into the development marketing strategy, and manage the specialist consultants to revise and enhance the concept master plan to maximize the development potential and success of the project.
• Assist CDO with the ongoing revision / amendment of the company business plan to incorporate future development options / strategies.
• Support the CDO to manage the financial objectives of the company, and ensure the share holders investment objectives are achieved.
• Be responsible for setting the goals and objectives for departments under direct management, and lead, manage and mentor key staff to attain their individual goals.
• Periodically review and check the performance of direct reports and recommend remedial action and improvements.
• Work closely with CDO and Project Licensing & Land Clearance team to manage / oversee government liaison activities at all government levels to ensure the company objectives are achieved.
• Other assignments from direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Marketing/Economics/Communications
• Experience in real estate marketing, hospitality or hotel marketing and communications setting is preferred
• Understanding and knowledge of the real estate market in Vietnam, Danang is advantage
• Minimum 7-10 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity with demonstrated track records
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with written and oral proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
