About the Role
EZLand is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial and brand-driven Director of Marketing to lead the development and positioning of the EZLand brand and associated group brands across residential development, investment management and corporate communications.
This role goes significantly beyond traditional project marketing. The Director of Marketing will work closely with the CEO to help shape EZLand into one of Vietnam's most trusted, respected and recognizable residential real estate brands in the mid-market segment - with aspirations to become for the mid-market residential segment what leading institutional
developers are perceived to be in the premium and luxury segments in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement integrated brand and marketing strategies for EZLand and affiliated brands in alignment with business objectives, market positioning, and long-term growth plans.
• Lead the planning and execution of project marketing activities, including branding, launch campaigns, sales support materials, events, digital campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives in close coordination with Sales, Project Development, Customer Service, and external stakeholders.
• Build and strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual standards, communication tone, and customer experience across all channels and touchpoints.
• Oversee corporate communications, public relations, media relations, press releases, crisis communication, and corporate storytelling to enhance brand reputation and market presence.
• Develop and manage
digital marketing strategies, including website management, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, online advertising, email marketing, CRM campaigns, and online reputation management to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
• Supervise the creation of marketing materials and content, including corporate profiles, project presentations, videos, brochures, social media content, and communication collateral.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend effective branding and marketing initiatives.
• Support strategic positioning and relationship-building with customers, investors, business partners, media agencies, and other external stakeholders.
• Manage and evaluate external agencies, marketing vendors, creative partners, and service providers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of projects.
• Plan and control the annual marketing budget, monitor campaign performance, and prepare periodic reports on branding and marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives and alignment between brand strategy and business operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to enhance capabilities, creativity, accountability, and overall team performance.

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or corporate communications.
• Strong experience in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
• Proven expertise in brand strategy, project marketing, PR, and digital marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese residential consumers and market trends.
• Strong data-driven marketing capability with hands-on understanding of digital ecosystems, CRM platforms, web analytics, and marketing ROI optimization.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with proven ability to work in international environments and collaborate with domestic and foreign.
