Head of Partnership Distribution (PD) Sales Support (Assurance), Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

About the role:
You will lead and develop a variety of responsibility with different nature ranging from Sales Recruitment & Development, PD Sales Support, Business Activations, partners' [protected info] provide effective support service & management, and to enhance the productivity and sales team's professionalism
JOB DUTIES:
Operation & Sales Support
- Provide administrative support to PD channel to ensure that all back-end process; support activities related to sale, marketing, operation running promptly, efficiently and meets Sales force's needs (workshop, payment, logistic, workstation, IT equipment, on boarding, training coordinator, etc.)
Business Activation
- To coordinate with other functions development to support the delivery of PD business initiatives including the launch and post-launch implementation with new bank partners and leverage technology to enhance the productivity and sales team's professionalism.
- Manage the Sales Activation activities including meeting & conferences, launch of new products, sales generated activities and other forms of activation, support for training and project management for sales channel.
Sales Force Recruitment & Development
- Be responsible for the whole recruitment process in order to maintain talent source and meet the sales force demand for sales force
- Manage smoothly all operations for new hire and also keep track/conduct exit interview of the sales force
First Point Contact
- Maintaining & developing relationship with internal partners & external partners
- First point contact for all support service request from internal department and partners.
Others to be assigned by the Line manager or Company's management (if any)
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance
- At least 5 years' experience in sales support, operations, business activation
- Advantage: Experience in banking/insurance industry
- Strong project management skill and ability to lead a cross-functional project team
- Good organizational skill, good leadership skill, and well interpersonal
- Well discipline, good time management, flexible, creative thinking, people management skill, good reporting skill, good personality and having good communication skill.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good in English
- Ability to work within a team, handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines. Willing to work under pressure and overtime
