Mô tả công việc

● Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and market opportunities.
● Establish a collaborative and iterative work environment by spearheading the adoption and ongoing enhancement of an agile process for product development.
● Create, coach, and manage a highly productive group of engineers, researchers, and designers.
● Throughout the product development lifecycle, give user research and feedback top priority to make sure that user demands and business objectives inform all product decisions.
● Effectively define and introduce MVPs, making iterations in response to user input and market research.
● Create and oversee the budget for product development, making sure resources are used effectively and maximizing return on investment.
● Work well with cross-functional teams to guarantee a smooth launch and development process for your products.
● Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and put strategies into place to maximize user engagement and product performance.
● Investigate and comprehend new developments in the EdTech industry, as well as market trends, to spot chances for unique product offerings.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Experience in product development, preferably within the Edtech industry.
● Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
● Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing agile teams.
● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
● Passion for education and a deep understanding of user needs in the Edtech space.
Bonus Points:
● Experience working with local/remote teams.
● Knowledge in building and scaling successful Edtech products.
● Experience with data analytics and user behavior tracking.
● Understand educational pedagogy and learning methodologies.
