Mô tả công việc
Lead and scale the Project Management team; mentor and develop PMs and Senior PMs.
Establish and enforce delivery standards, processes, and governance for fixed-price projects.
Oversee end-to-end project execution to ensure scope, timeline, budget, and quality commitments are met.
Monitor project portfolio health, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
Provide delivery reports and KPIs to executive management.
Yêu cầu
5+ years of IT project management experience.
Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile, and fixed-price project delivery.
Experience working with Vietnam and overseas clients (US/EU/APAC).
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and risk management skills.
Prior experience in a software outsourcing company is preferred.
