Mô tả công việc
This job contributes to Highlands Coffee success by producing drawings sets that support the expansion of each brand in the portfolio. Drawings are accurate, on time and in full adherence to established brand standards.
Produces quality design development and construction documents including architectural drawings, engineering background sheets, two-dimensional elevations and detail sheets using computer-aided design (CAD) and SketchUp software systems.
Completes accurate material takeoffs and schedules, prepares accurate check sets and executes redlines in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
Maintains production schedule timelines and communicates project status to Architect.
Maintains project documentation during the production phase and project close out.
Maintains proficiency in software, tools and standards necessary to perform the job.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Yêu cầu
Education/ Training Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Experiences:
2 years of experience in similar position.
2-4 years plus in Retail, F&B roll-out, hospitality.
2-4 years plus in design and construction documentation management and execution.
2 years plus team and people management.
2 years plus in vendors and outside consultant management.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of industry trends - retail and restaurants.
Knowledge of architectural details and specifications.
Knowledge of building codes and compliance.
Skilled in written and verbal communication of design topics.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
Skills (Ability to):
AutoCAD / SketchUp / Photoshop / Microsoft Office / 3D Max.
English communication skill (verbal & writing).
