After 10 years of operating in the eCommerce industry and serving hundreds of thousands of businesses from all over the world, Beeketing now OpenCommerce Group (OCG) has now built a passionate, enthusiastic, capable, knowledgable, and experienced team who can help online store owners grow and scale up. Cross-border trade is trading and delivering goods between different cultures. In this exchange process, countries like China, Vietnam, and Indonesia are the center of product manufacturing while American and European countries are the main consumer markets. Due to the diversity of cultures, governments, and laws, small and medium-sized enterprises are dealing with a lot of problems related to product quality shipping time, customers service, cash flow, etc. Cross-border trade takes place in large volumes, though.
Our ecosystem aims at promoting and enhancing cross-border trade, which empowers online entrepreneurs to start, grow and succeed.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support customers by replying to all their requests via Help Desk
Live chat with customers to support their real-time inquiries
Call customers when needed to solve urgent issues
Handle urgent requests from customers on weekends by shift
Write product tutorials and solutions so customers can understand how to use our products effectively
REQUIREMENTS
Hanoi based candidates
Having experience in customer support is a must, experienced in e-commerce operations, particularly in dropshipping and print-on-demand
Working 5 days a week. Able to work from 10 AM to 7 PM, including weekends. (the specified working hours will be arranged by team leader)
Have a strong command in English
Written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
Have a great sense of customer service, a strong desire to learn, and be a great communicator.
Passionate about customer success and helping people
Able to parse feedback and contribute to the product by suggesting feature requests based on your knowledge of customers
